Straight answers.

How does the model actually work?

We handle market positioning, ad creative, funnels, CRM, calendar integration, lead qualification, and appointment confirmation. Our only job is to put qualified, attended in-home appointments on your calendar. Your only job is to show up and close.

What counts as a “qualified appointment”?

A homeowner who (1) meets the criteria you set during onboarding, (2) is scheduled on your calendar with a confirmed date and time, and (3) actually attends the appointment. If they don’t show up, it doesn’t count.

What if a homeowner cancels or no-shows?

No-shows are on us. You’re never billed for an appointment that didn’t happen, and we replace them wherever it’s commercially reasonable.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. The engagement is month-to-month. Either side can end it in writing at any time. No outstanding balances = no strings.

Who runs the ads and pays the ad spend?

We do. We own the ad accounts, fund the media, and absorb the risk. You never touch Meta or Google, and you never see an ad bill on your card.

Do I get access to Lead Station?

No. Lead Station is our internal platform — it’s how we qualify homeowners, route confirmations, and keep the system running. You don’t log in, train on it, or maintain it. You just get the output: confirmed appointments.

Can I see leads before they’re booked?

No. We qualify, book, and confirm before anything reaches your calendar. What you see is what shows up.

What do I control vs. what do you control?

We control: advertising, funnels, lead flow, qualification, booking & confirmation.
You control: sales process, pricing, availability, in-home presentation, close rate. We deliver opportunities — your execution determines scale.
