What we collect, what we don’t,
and how to make us delete it.

01 / Who this applies to

This policy covers:

• Visitors to LeadHub-branded pages on this website
• Homeowners who fill out a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) Lead Ad form that routes to LeadHub
• Anyone who emails or calls us through a LeadHub channel

02 / What we collect

From Meta Lead Ad forms

• Name
• Phone number
• Email address
• City and state
• Service of interest (windows, HVAC, roofing, kitchens, doors, solar, remodeling, etc.)

If you choose to share more

On a follow-up call, text, or form you may give us:

• Project details — scope, timeline, budget
• Property address
• Anything else you tell us about the job

From our website

Standard analytics: page views, referrer, device type, and approximate location from IP. No third-party advertising trackers beyond what’s strictly needed to operate the ad campaigns that brought you here.

What we don’t collect

• Social Security numbers
• Bank account or credit card information
• Government IDs
• Anything you didn’t volunteer

03 / How we use it

• To contact you about the home-services request you submitted
• To qualify you for the appointment — does the project match what the contractor does, are you the homeowner, what’s your timeline
• To book and confirm an in-home appointment with the contractor
• To pass that appointment to the specific contractor whose campaign you responded to
• To track conversions and improve our service quality
• To run our business — billing, support, and fraud prevention

That’s it. We don’t market unrelated products to you. We don’t add you to newsletters you didn’t ask for.

04 / What we don’t do

• We don’t sell your information. Not to data brokers, not to other contractors, not to anyone.
• We don’t share your information with contractors who didn’t pay for your appointment.
• We don’t monetize your data through third-party advertising networks.

If a piece of your information leaves our systems, it’s because (a) the contractor whose campaign you responded to is receiving your appointment, (b) we’re using a vendor to operate the service (see below), or (c) we’re legally required to share it.

05 / Who we share it with

Only the people we need to in order to deliver the service:

• Vercel — our website host. They store and serve our pages.
• Supabase (hosted on AWS) — our database. This is where your contact info lives while your appointment is being worked.
• Meta (Facebook / Instagram) — only as the origin of your lead, not as a destination. We use Meta’s standard ad reporting to know which ads worked. We do not send your personal info back to Meta beyond what’s required for that reporting.
• The contractor whose campaign you responded to — they receive your name, contact info, project details, and appointment time so they can show up and quote the job.
• Service providers that help us run the business — call confirmation, email, calendar, billing. They’re bound by confidentiality and only get what they need.

That’s the full list. If we ever add another category, this page gets updated before the change takes effect.

06 / SMS & text messaging

If you give us your phone number through a lead form, we may send you text messages about your request — a confirmation that we received it, a link to book your appointment, and a reminder the day before a scheduled appointment. Here’s the fine print, stated plainly:

• Consent. By submitting a lead form that includes your phone number, you consent to receive these messages from LeadHub / Second Horizon Media LLC. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message frequency varies based on your request — typically 1–3 messages per inquiry.
• Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier’s standard rates apply to every message.
• Opt out any time. Reply STOP to any text and you’re done — you’ll get one final message confirming you’re unsubscribed. Reply START to resubscribe.
• Need help? Reply HELP to any text, or email secondhorizonmedia@gmail.com.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share your contact info with the contractor handling your appointment to fulfill your request (see section 05) — never for their marketing, or anyone else’s.

07 / Cookies & analytics

We use the minimum cookies required for the site to function and to understand basic traffic patterns. No advertising cookies that follow you around the internet. Most browsers let you disable cookies in settings if you’d rather not leave them.

08 / Your rights

You can ask us, at any time:

• What we have on you. We’ll send you a copy of the data tied to your contact info, usually within 30 days.
• To delete it. Subject to a few legal exceptions (we may need to keep records of past transactions for tax or audit purposes), we’ll delete it.
• To stop contacting you. Reply STOP to any text, unsubscribe from any email, or just email us. We’ll honor it on receipt.
• To correct it. If we have something wrong, tell us and we’ll fix it.

09 / California residents (CCPA)

If you live in California, you have the rights above plus a few more under the California Consumer Privacy Act:

• The right to know what personal information we collect, use, and share
• The right to delete personal information we hold (subject to legal retention)
• The right to opt out of the “sale” of personal information — we don’t sell it, but you can confirm in writing
• The right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights

We will never charge you a different rate or refuse service because you asked us to delete your data.

10 / EU & UK residents (GDPR)

If you’re in the EU, UK, or EEA, our lawful basis for processing your data is your consent — you gave it when you submitted the Meta Lead Ad form or our website form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing the address below.

You also have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your data
• Restrict or object to processing
• Data portability — a copy of your data in a structured format
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

Email us and we’ll walk through any of these.

11 / Children

LeadHub is not directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 16, and our services are not intended for anyone under 13. If you believe we have data on a minor, email us and we’ll delete it.

12 / Data retention

We keep your contact info for as long as we’re actively working on your appointment, plus 24 months after our last contact with you. After that, it comes out of our active systems.

If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will. We may keep a minimal record for legal, tax, or audit purposes (proof an appointment happened, billing history, etc.), but the personal info itself comes out of our active database.

13 / Data security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS / TLS) and at rest. Access is limited to people who need it to do their jobs. We don’t claim our systems are unhackable — nobody’s are — but we treat security as an ongoing practice rather than a checkbox.

If we ever experience a breach affecting your data, we’ll notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

14 / Updates to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update the “Last Updated” date at the top of the page. Material changes will be flagged with a note here for at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after a change means you’re OK with it — if you’re not, email us and we’ll delete your data.
