01 / Who these terms cover

By accessing or using secondhorizonmedia.com, any LeadHub-branded page on this website, or by submitting a quote request through one of our lead forms (on this website or a Meta / Facebook / Instagram Lead Ad), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. They cover:

• Visitors to this website
• Homeowners who request a quote through a LeadHub lead form
• Contractors and businesses engaging Second Horizon Media for services

02 / The service

Second Horizon Media LLC provides digital marketing, lead generation, and media services. LeadHub (also branded “All Trades LeadHub”) is our pay-per-appointment lead program for home-services contractors: homeowners request a quote, we qualify the request, and we book an appointment with the contractor whose campaign they responded to.

We connect homeowners with independent contractors. The contractor — not Second Horizon Media — performs estimates, quotes, and any work on your home. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor.

03 / SMS & text messaging terms

LeadHub, operated by Second Horizon Media LLC, runs a customer-care text messaging program for homeowners who request a quote through our lead forms.

What we send

• A confirmation that we received your request and will call you back
• A link to book or manage your appointment
• A reminder the day before a scheduled appointment

The program terms

• Opt-in. You enroll by submitting a lead form that includes your phone number and a consent disclosure. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message frequency varies based on your request — typically 1–3 messages per inquiry.
• Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging rates apply to every message sent or received.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time. You’ll receive one final message confirming you’ve been unsubscribed, and nothing further. Reply START to resubscribe.
• Help: reply HELP to any message, or email secondhorizonmedia@gmail.com.
• Carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we handle the data behind these messages — including our commitment that no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes — is covered in our Privacy Policy.

04 / Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information on lead forms — your name, your phone number, a property you own or are authorized to make decisions about
• Don’t misuse our website or services, or use them for anything illegal or harmful
• Don’t submit forms on behalf of someone else without their permission
• Don’t scrape, copy, or resell our content or lead data

05 / Intellectual property

All content, logos, designs, and assets on this website are the property of Second Horizon Media LLC and are protected by copyright law. Don’t reuse them without written permission.

06 / Payments & pricing

For contractor clients: payments are due in advance unless your agreement states otherwise. Pricing may be updated without prior notice; changes never apply retroactively to amounts already paid. Homeowners are never charged by us — requesting a quote through LeadHub is free.

07 / Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Second Horizon Media LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services. We connect homeowners and contractors in good faith, but we don’t guarantee the outcome of any appointment, estimate, or project.

08 / Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we’ll update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be flagged here for at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the website or service after a change means you accept it.
